Opting out of marketing messages does not necessarily prevent YES A RIDE from sending essential nonmarketing messages concerning an active account, reservation, payment, safety issue, or legal notice.

6. Driver Background and Identity Information
YES A RIDE or an authorized provider may process information necessary to evaluate a driver’s identity, eligibility, licensing, driving history, vehicle, insurance, or background.
When information is obtained through a consumer-reporting agency, YES A RIDE will follow applicable requirements regarding authorization, notice, and adverse action.
Driver-screening information will be used for legitimate safety, regulatory, contractual, and eligibility purposes.
7. Sensitive Personal Information

YES A RIDE is a transportation and technology provider and is not necessarily a healthcare provider or health plan subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act for every service it provides.
When YES A RIDE receives protected health information on behalf of an organization subject to healthcare privacy laws, that information may also be governed by a separate agreement with that organization.
We limit the use of health-related transportation information to providing, documenting, billing, supporting, and protecting the applicable transportation service.

YES A RIDE does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.
